The chicken is lightly marinated in soy sauce and honey, grilled to perfection, and paired with a refreshing salad tossed in a tangy Dijon mustard dressing.
It’s a complete meal that’s healthy, light, and comes together in under 30 minutes — perfect for busy evenings.

For the Chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp honey

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
