The chicken is lightly marinated in soy sauce and honey, grilled to perfection, and paired with a refreshing salad tossed in a tangy Dijon mustard dressing.
It’s a complete meal that’s healthy, light, and comes together in under 30 minutes — perfect for busy evenings.

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ cup mixed leaves or baby spinach

  • ½ cup capsicum (red, yellow, and green), thinly sliced
