1 tsp curd (yogurt)

Prepare Powdered Sugar:

Add sugar to a mixer grinder and grind until you get a fine powder.

Sieve the powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.

Add butter, cardamom powder, baking soda, and curd to the bowl.

Using a whisk or spatula, mix well until light and fluffy.
